NHC customer self-service portal MyAccount will relaunch on Monday 19 February with a new look and improved design. Here is their press release:

We’ve been busy rebuilding MyAccount over the last few months to help provide new and improved digital services in the future. As part of this work, we will be moving MyAccount and our online forms over to a new, more advanced platform.

This means you will need to create a new account when you use it for the first time. If you use MyAccount to manage your Council Tax payments, you will also need to link it to your Council Tax account again.

When you create a new account, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. You may need to check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see it arrive in your inbox.
