Christmas Market Information

Friday 29th November 6-9pm

‘Twas the night before…Kimpton Christmas Market…and we are celebrating!
You are all cordially invited to join us on The Green on Friday 29th November, 6-9pm, to kick off the weekend in style. We’ll have a licensed bar with mulled wine and beer, a festive BBQ, savory and sweet crepes by Corbiere and Dan’s Pizza by popular demand. Christmas carols and seasonal songs will be sung by Kimpton Village Choir, George Curry with family and Ellie Smith to bring the Christmas spirit to Kimpton.

Saturday 30th November 12noon to 4pm

Kimpton Church, Church House, The Green and Dacre Rooms

Visit over 40 stalls with their distinctive range of artisan products and home made items from talented local crafters that will make perfect treats this Christmas. You won’t find these items on the High Street so please come and browse for that unique gift for your family and friends.
Free entry.

The Green

More craft stalls plus our refreshment and live music marquee. Local musicians will be entertaining us with festive carols and songs throughout the Christmas Market.

Food stands including Buster BBQ, Meltvan, Dans Pizza and Baxters will be providing delicious food to enjoy. Visitors can relax and catch up with friends in our outdoor seating area while soaking up the festive atmosphere.

Kimpton Primary School

An amazing array of children’s games and activities are waiting for you plus a Christmas Grotto.

Car Parking

Cars can be parked at Parkfield Sports Ground car park, off Hitchin Road which is a 3 minute walk to the Church and a 5 min walk to The Green.
There is no car parking on The Green and only limited disabled parking at Kimpton Parish Church.

Toilet and Welfare Facilities

These are available at Church House which is located on the left fork pathway in the Churchyard of St Peter and St Paul Parish Church.

Stall Bookings

We are offering stalls and pew tops in a variety of venues across Kimpton including St Peter and St Paul Parish Church, Church House, Dacre Rooms and the Boot PH. Outside pitches are available on The Green.

Parish Church – the tables and pew tops are set up within our historic parish church and each of the individual locations will have advantages and limitations.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be offered only up to 7 days prior to the Christmas Market.

Dogs

We’re sorry that due to the booking conditions, no dogs, except for assisted dogs, are allowed in the Parish Church or Church House.
