North Herts District Council is holding a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) collection, where you can bring along your unwanted, old and broken electrical items to be reused or recycled. It will be held on Sunday 17 October from 10am – 3pm at Woodside car park, Walsworth Road, Hitchin, SG4 9SG.
You can bring along any small electrical objects with a battery or plug, such as: toasters, kettles, hairdryers and TVs. However, we are not accepting larger white goods such as washing machines, dishwashers and fridges.
