Kimpton Surgery will formally close its doors to patients at 12pm on Wednesday 31st August 2022.
- All registered patients will be offered appointments at Bridge Cottage Surgery if they need to see a GP, Nurse or other clinician
- Home visits will still be offered to all of our housebound patients
- Patients who decide not to remain registered with Bridge Cottage Surgery will be supported and offered advice on how to re-register at a different practice in the local area
