    We work for set times with set rest periods, moving around different exercise stations covering every muscle group at every class, so you get a full-body workout.

    Classes run for 45 minutes and the structure allows everyone to work at their own pace appropriate to their level of fitness.  You challenge yourself as much (or as little) as you wish.

    Different weight/equipment options are available, and easier and more challenging alternatives are offered for each exercise enabling participants to decide for themselves which option works for them.  All exercises are demonstrated at the start of each session and your trainer circulates during the class to help with form, answer any questions, and to offer encouragement.
