New housing development is needed in the Parish

North Herts District Council have defined 6 potential areas for housing development (Figure 1).

Other than the Lloyd Way Site (which has Planning Consent), all of these sites should be made available for development.

The Parish should have more apartment development

Future development should principally include family accommodation

If additional employment facilities were provided, companies would be very likely to locate in Kimpton

Narrow roads around Kimpton are hazardous, cause delay and should be widened

Narrow roads around Kimpton deter through traffic and reduce speeds, and should not be widened

Broadband provision is sufficient for our present and future needs

Members of my family would regularly use a dedicated cycle route to Harpenden

Footpaths in the Parish are well maintained
